Cantilever, anchored or strut supported piles which are intersecting eachother to form a continuous shoring wall where groundwater level is high.
The secant piles are applied by drilling first the piles with plastic concrete and then the intersecting secondary piles equipped with reinforcement cage between them. Piles that cut each other prevent excessive groundwater seepage. In the projects where this technique is used, the verticality of the application becomes important.
